1. Booking
Your contract is with The Europe Trips. The contract becomes effective once your booking is confirmed and the required deposit is received.
2. Deposit
A non-refundable 20% deposit must be paid at the time of booking.
3. Payment
Payments must be made via credit card or bank transfer. A 3% surcharge applies for card payments.
4. Tour Cancellation
Cancellation must be provided in writing. Charges apply as follows:

| 27–14 days | 50% of tour cost |
| 13–7 days | 75% of tour cost |
| 6 days or less | 100% of tour cost |
Note: Train/flight ticket cancellations follow airline/railway rules.
5. Changes to Your Booking
Changes may be accommodated but may incur supplier-imposed charges.
6. Liability
The Company is not liable for:
- Personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, or theft.
- Acts of third-party service providers.
- Events beyond its control (natural disasters, riots, weather, war, etc.).
7. Complaints
Issues must be reported immediately to the Travel Manager. Jurisdiction lies exclusively with courts in New Delhi, India.
8. Domestic Airline Baggage Allowance
Most airlines allow 15kg check-in + 7kg hand baggage. Excess charges apply.
9. Passports & Visas
Travellers must carry a passport valid for at least six months beyond travel dates.
10. Health
You confirm that you are medically fit for travel. Medical/travel insurance is mandatory.
11. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Standard hotel timings apply unless additional fees are paid.
12. Extra Use of Vehicles
Vehicles are strictly for itinerary use only.
13. Right to Amend Itinerary
Itinerary changes may be made for safety or operational reasons.
14. Surcharges
Prices may change due to fluctuations in taxes, fuel, or airfare.
15. General Terms & Conditions
The Company may modify these Terms anytime. Liability does not extend to indirect or special damages.
